Frederick Douglass' Speech Reading

 

In 1852, Frederick Douglas, an escaped slave, addressed the nation on July 5th with words of Independence for that of a young nation but not an independence he was able to share. Jackson Cote has more on this incredible speech hosted by Historic Newton.

Feast of the Falls 2016

 

The 4th Annual Feast of the Falls took place at Hemlock Gorge this past weekend with 400 guests served a four course meal while listening to music and enjoying the company of their neighbors. Jackson Cote has more.
