West Newton Armory is conducting an affordable housing lottery for 43 new apartments, including 15 1-BR, 21 2-BR and 7 3-BR units. 7 units are handicapped accessible. Features include on-site property management, community space and patio.

All units are subject to local, state and/or federal affordable housing restrictions.Income limits and rental rates subject to change. Mobile voucher holders encouraged to apply. Applicants must meet the property’s tenant selection plan criteria. Preferences for accessible apartments apply based on disability status.

All units will include Heat, Cooling, and Hot Water. $500 maximum security deposit. Completed applications must be postmarked or received by September 18, 2026 to be included in the lottery. Expected occupancy in early 2027. A virtual lottery drawing will be held on October 6th at 1pm.
