NewTV, a nationally acclaimed community media center in Newton, MA, is celebrated for its excellence in multimedia production, training, and content distribution.
NewTV offers a wide array of media production classes and workshops designed to help creatives refine their skills and master new techniques. These educational opportunities empower participants to elevate their craft and bring their creative visions to life.

Members can also enjoy use of our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to create their own show, podcast, documentary, short film, or any other production.
Make friends at Members Network Meet-Ups and other events, volunteer behind the scenes on others' productions, or learn something NEW in our free member classes.

Supporter Membership.
$40 per year
A Supporter Membership is available to anyone, regardless of Newton residency.
Supporter Membership perks include:​

Supporters of NewTV are non-producing members, meaning they may not sponsor or produce a program for distribution on any of NewTV's channels. Voting privileges in our Annual Membership Meeting are not available with this membership level.

Individual Membership.
$40 per year
An Individual Membership is available to any resident of Newton's 13 villages.
Individual Membership perks include:

All of the perks of a Supporter Membership (above), PLUS:

Ability to produce or sponsor non-commercial programs to distribute on NewTV’s Community Channel

Use of professional production studio, facilities, and equipment to produce and/or volunteer on productions

Receive technical advice from NewTV staff for project guidance and program production

Access to production assets through graphics and music libraries

One complimentary annual screening of a new series or specialty production in the Screening Room

Eligibility to vote at NewTV general membership meetings (1 vote per individual member)
Family Membership.
$70 per year
A Family Membership is available to up to 4 people within the same household (at the same address) in any of Newton's 13 villages.
Family Membership perks include:

All of the perks of an Individual Membership (above), with the exception that only 1 vote per Family Membership may be exercised at our Annual Membership Meeting.
Non-Profit Membership.
$150 per year
A Non-Profit Membership is available to any Newton-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Organizations are eligible to receive training for up to 4 employees and/or volunteers per membership each year, with training for additional people available for an additional fee.
