On Sunday, October 25 at 2pm, Fredrik Wanger presents an afternoon of piano music at the Newton Free Library. Five lives, one musical conversation: Felix Mendelssohn, Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms - and the remarkable women, Fanny Mendelssohn and Clara Schumann, whose artistry and influence shaped them all.

Pianist Fredrik Wanger was on the piano faculty of the Boston University School for the Arts for many years and has appeared in Carnegie Hall and Town Hall in New York and Jordan Hall in Boston, as well as tours of Europe, Canada, and Israel.
