Newton News: Upper Falls Greenway

It's been talked about for years.  What to do with the unused railway along Needham Street?  This week, the Upper Falls area Council approved of the idea to convert the unused railway into a Greenway for pedestrians and bicycles.  Sarah Goodman has more.
